REFUND, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Nature of Products
Maarc Dental supplies professional dental products, many of which are:
- Medical / clinical use items
- Single-use or hygiene-sensitive products
2. Returns
Returns are not accepted once the product is:
- Opened
- Used
- Tampered with
- Seal broken
3. Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be considered only if:
- Wrong product delivered
- Manufacturing defect (verified)
- Product damaged during transit (reported within 48 hours)
4. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
5. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Customized products
- Promotional / discounted items
- Clearance stock
