Die Thinner

Description: Thinner to control thickness and restores Die Spacer to original consistency.

Cold Mould Seal / Separating Medium

Description: Cold Mould Seal is a specially developed formulation of separating solution for universal use, suitable for both packing / pressing technique & cast moulding.

Intended Use/ Indication:
Used when great accuracy is not required eg.

  • Flasking of denture
  • Articulating the model.
  • Separation of model from base during repair works

Properties & Advantages:

  • Makes tough film with elasticity which is unbreakable in pressure.
  • Film does not chip off from plaster at pressure. High quality of the raw material guarantees optimum separation with both techniques.

Shelf life and storage:

  • Best before 36 months under proper storage.
  • Store at a temperature between 10°C to 30°C.

Die Hardener

Intended Use/ Indication:

  • Cure, seal and smooth the gypsum surface.
  • Protects the plaster.
  • Best results for the production of wax-copings.
  • Stain and water repellent.

Properties & Advantages:

  • It produces a homogenous coating on the die stone and plaster attributed to its viscosity.
  • It seals, hardens and water proofs stone and plaster.
  • It protects models against abrasion specifically at marginal area which is most prone to breakage.
  • The film does not disassociate from the die while building wax pattern due to heating.
  • It is rapid setting and thereby reduces working time.

Shelf life and storage:

  • 24 months under proper storage.
  • Always close the cap immediately after use.

Die Separator / Die Lubricant

  • It is the final product that would be applied to a die prior to the formation of the wax pattern.
  • It is an ideal release agent for wax, porcelain, and composite materials.

Description: Die Spacer is used to provide sufficient space between the die and crown to accommodate cements used during seating.

Intended Use/ Indication:
Die Spacer is a coloured, paint-on material applied to dies that adds a desired dimension to the surface of the die to function as a “spacer.”

Properties and Advantages:

  • It produces a homogenous coating of 5 microns in single application on the die for crown and bridge restoration thereby assuring accurate seating of restorations.
  • The film does not disassociate from the die while building wax pattern due to heating.
  • It is rapid setting and thereby reduces working time.

Shellac Base Plates

Description: Shellac Material are widely used in prosthetic dentistry, as temporary baseplate for occlusal rims and trial dentures.
